Why:
At Hampton Christian Academy we believe in equipping our students with a Biblical worldview founded on Biblical principles centered around God's will and plan for their lives. We understand that every student is unique and learns in his/her own way, so we teach using multiple modalities and differentiated instruction. Students are active participants in their learning.

What:
At Hampton Christian Academy we teach our students to view the world through a Biblical lens. The Bible is the guide for every aspect of life, so teaching each subject begins with its Biblical principles. Our teachers are all certified educators who understand the importance of curriculum.

How:
At Hampton Christian Academy we take into account the particular dynamics involved in learning each subject. We offer a hands-on curriculum that encourages students to be critical thinkers and problem solvers. We educate the whole child, which means finding ways to involve left and right sides of the brain. When both sides of the brain are activated, optimal learning can take place. We teach the word of God each school day and weave a Biblical perspective into each subject. Various strategies are used to create the Christian foundation our students need to be successful in today's society.

"At Hampton Christian Academy Lower School we endeavor to provide a holistic educational experience for the children you entrust to us each school day. Through partnering and open communication we will all (parents, pastors, and staff) be the village that offers the children cohesive and comprehensive immersion in God’s character, grace, and love. The staff will deliver Bible-based classroom, and Christ-centered extra-curricular experiences that reflect God’s love for students. We will ensure the mind of Jesus is exemplified in all we do as we model servant leadership and educaring. The journey this year promises to be full of opportunities for all of us, parents, pastors, and staff, to show up filled up for our children."
